Covid-19 Response

We will be screening your athletes prior to all competition to comply with the NAIA and Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC). Please make sure you have reviewed the AAC policy on screening and the screening instructions prior to arrival. Someone with an elevated temperature will be allowed to rest in a controlled environment for twenty minutes before being re-assessed. Anyone with a screening score of 3 or greater will be placed in an isolation area in the aquatic center until the completion of the competition and adhere to the visiting schools COVID-19 policy.

Here is a guide for screenings at Brenau.

LOCATION: The temperature checks and the COVID-19 screenings will be conducted in the fitness center in the gymnasium. The gymnasium is located on the second floor of the fitness center. 800 Brenau Lane, Gainesville, GA.

TIME: Please arrive to the screening 2 hours prior to the start of the competition. Once you arrive call Amy Evans at 517-610-3754.

WHO: All student-athletes, coaches and support staff.

As per NAIA and ACC policy, all persons in the travel party will need to be screened prior to leaving the facility to the competition site and upon arrival.

USE OF MASKS: The entire travel party will be required to wear a mask until they arrive at their competition site.
