Volleyball Defeats Toccoa Falls in Home Opener

Gainesville, Georgia- The Brenau volleyball team defeated Toccoa Falls (Ga.) University 3-0 (25-17, 25-16, 25-21) in the 2023 home opener on Tuesday.

Senior Mary Ellen Enright and freshman Natalie Whilhoit led the Golden Tigers with 7 kills each, while junior Malone Davis added 6 kills. Freshman Nathalia Quintero posted a career-high 10 assists and freshman Jomaris Maldonado posted 4 digs. 

Brenau (1-4 overall) next opens Appalachian Athletic Conference play on Thursday when the team hosts Montreat (NC) (1-0 overall) at 6:30 pm.
