Volleyball Slips Against Life University

The Brenau volleyball team lost in three sets to the Life (Ga.) Running Eagles on Wednesday in Marietta, Ga.

After pushing the host Eagles in the first set, the Golden Tigers fought hard in the second and third sets, but came up short 25-22 and 25-16.

Jasmine Jones led the attack with 16 kills and Savannah Wilbanks added 21 assists.

Brenau (5-17 overall, 3-9 SSAC) returns to conference play on Thursday when they host William Carey (Miss.) University at 7:00 pm in Gainesville.
