Tennis Outlasts Koalas for First AAC Win
Columbia, South Carolina- The Brenau tennis team secured its first conference win by defeating Columbia (SC) College 5-2 in an Appalachian Athletic Conference matchup on Tuesday.
In doubles play, the #1 team of Shaloom Delgado Forero and Anita Bizigato Portes and the #3 team of Cady Geddings and Kristina Radovic both won their respective matches to secure the doubles point.
After securing the doubles point, the squad continued its success with wins at #1, #3, #4, and #6 to edge past the host Koalas (6-5 overall, 2-5 AAC) and take the victory.
