Andersen Signs with Golden Tigers Tennis
The Brenau tennis team announces the signing of Bianca Andersen to the 2019-2020 team.
Andersen, the daughter of Kurt and Ericka Andersen, is a native of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin where she competed for Wilmot High School in both singles and doubles play.
During her decorated prep career at Wilmot, Andersen served as a two-year team captain and was a two-time conference player of the year. She was also a four-year first-team all-conference performer who qualified for the state championships three times.
According to Brenau head coach Andre Ferreira, Andersen will be natural addition to the program. "I'm looking forward to working with Bianca, "said Ferreira. "I've enjoyed getting to know her, her parents, friends, and coaches during the recruiting process. She's a humble individual and passionate about tennis."
"I've had a chance to watch her compete and represent her team during the high school season. She works hard on her game, loves to compete and represent her high school team. I think these qualities set her apart. I am excited she chose Brenau."
Andersen, who plans to major in Interior Design at Brenau, is the first signee for the nationally ranked Golden Tigers tennis team for 2019-2020.
