Swim Competes at Emmanuel Winter Invite
Franklin Springs, Georgia- The Brenau swim team had a solid showing at the EU Winter tri-meet this past week as the squad defeated Life University (172.00-109.00) and competed well against host Emmanuel (Ga.) College (208.00-87.00).
The 100 yard medley relay of Hannah Tomlinson, Tessa Ip Hen Cheung, Sofia Bellochio and Abi Binns placed second in a time of 53.78, while the second relay team of Calli Edens, Nele Behrendt, Ariel Furhman and Bailey Hodges placed sixth in 59.08. Additionally, the 100 freestyle relay team of Manuela Horta, Ana Alves, Sophie Bell and Emily DiMaggio captured third place with a time of 50.63.
