Edens Signs with Swimming for 2021-22

The Brenau University swimming and diving team and head coach Nate Rhoads announce the signing of Callie Edens to the 2021-22 signing class.

Edens, the daughter of Mellisa Edens and Shawn Edens, is a left wing from Calhoun High School in Calhoun, Georgia. During her prep career, Edens was a second-team All-State swimmer and an All-American scholar. She was also an honor graduate, an AP Scholar and a member of HOSA.

When asked about her commitment to Brenau, Edens said, "Brenau checked all the boxes on my search list. I believe this college will help me achieve my academic and career plan goals. Coach Nate runs a great team, and the girls are very open and welcoming! I am beyond thankful for this opportunity, and would like to thank my friends, family, and team for their endless support."

Edens plans on majoring in exercise science while at Brenau.
