Swimming Ranked #2 in First NAIA Poll

In the first release of the 2015-16 NAIA Women's Swimming and Diving Coaches' Poll, the Brenau swim team was voted second, the national office announced Thursday.

After wrapping up the 2014-15 season with a third place national finish, the Golden Tigers enter the 2015-16 season one place higher and received one first place vote and 57 total points.

2014-15 national runners-up, SCAD-Savannah, was voted first with four first place votes and 63 total points. Cumberlands (Ky.) University rounded out the top three.

Top 10 ratings are conducted by a committee of NAIA swimming and diving coaches three times during the season and the committee will use current "top times" as the primary source of ranking.
