Qua Commits To Brenau Soccer

Brenau soccer announces the signing of Casey Qua to the 2015-16 team.

Qua, a native of Richmond Hill, Georgia, is a standout player at Richmond Hill High School and for the Savannah United Elite team.

During her prep career, Qua was a four-year varsity player who also served as two-year co-captain and helped lead her squad to a GHSA Elite Eight appearance during her senior season. Individually, she was honored as a three-time All-Region selection, was named as the Savannah Morning News Best of Preps All-Star and won the Rookie of the Year for her outstanding play as a freshman.

As a student, Qua was a four-year honor roll student and received honors as a National Society of High School Scholar student. She plans on majoring in Health Science with a Pre-Physical Therapy concentration.

"I'm thrilled to have Casey sign with us," said head coach Mike Lochstampfor. "She has the ability to serve a great cross from the midfield and will add another dimension to our attack. Casey is also an excellent student and is a great fit for Brenau!"

Qua is the seventh signee for the Golden Tigers' soccer team for 2015-16.
