Soccer Adds Ellis For 2014-2015

Brenau soccer announces the signing of Natalia Ellis to the 2014-2015 team.

Ellis, a native of Dacula, Georgia, is the daughter of Corina and Hale Ellis and a graduate of Georgia Military College and Brookwood High School.

During her freshman season at Georgia Military College, Ellis was chosen as the team's defender of the year, while during her sophomore campaign, she was selected as an honorable mention all-conference team member.

The Early Childhood Education major played club soccer with Georgia FC and was also an active volunteer for the Special Olympics.

"Brenau was a perfect fit for me," said Ellis. "I never desired to go to a big school but I wanted to play for a good team".

"Ellis is an experienced defender who will be expected to make an immediate impact," said head coach Mike Lochstampfor. "She will be a very nice fit for our team needs and for the University".
