Lesnick Named SSAC Defensive Player of the Week

Atlanta, GA- The Southern States Athletic Conference has announced that Junior Goalkeeper Lisa Lesnick (Surfside Beach, SC) has been selected as Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 14-21. Lesnick recorded her second shutout of the season against Truett McConnell 2-0 in the only game the Tigers played during the week. She has a total of 32 saves on the season and a 1.26 GAA (goals against average). Lesnick was named to the SSAC All Conference team in 2008.
