Golf Receives 2023 AAC Postseason Honors

Waleska, Georgia- Members of the Brenau golf team received 2023 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAAC) women’s golf postseason honors, the conference office announced on Tuesday.

Ylenia Alcibiade Bennasar, McKenzie McRee and Kaylee Stickney each received 2023 AAC All-Academic honors for their academic performance. 

Team members must have a minimum 3.25 cumulative grade point average and have achieved at least sophomore status.

Additionally, Ylenia Alcibiade Bennasar received the Champions of Character award. The award goes to the student-athlete who best exemplifies the NAIA Five Core Values of respect, responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship and servant leadership.
