"We struggled a bit the first day, but the ladies were able to bounce back on Tuesday and move into solo second place," said head coach Damon Stancil. "Innsbruck is a tough course that puts a premium on ball striking. I felt the team did a much better job on day two of staying focused and grinding out pars."
Point (Ga.) University won the match with a team total of 684, while host Truett McConnell placed third with a team score of 693.
Brenau next completes in the UNG/Lee Ann Noble Memorial in Dahlonega, Ga. on Saturday.
