Hagans Repeats on All American Team

KANSAS CITY, Mo- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced the 2009-10 Division I Women's Basketball All-America Teams on Tuesday and Brenau senior guard Ashley Hagans (Snellville) is a repeat member of the team in the Honorable Mention category.
The selections are made by the NAIA Women's Basketball Coaches Association All-America Committee and comprises a First, Second, Third and Honorable Mention Team. There are 10 members on each of the first three teams.
Hagans transferred to Brenau from Georgia Perimeter College in 2008 and helped the Tigers to 34 wins in her two years. She led the nation in scoring in the 2008-09 season and was an All Conference selection for both years. Hagans scored over 1000 points in her two years with the Tigers.
