Ashley Hagans Selected to NAIA All American Team

Junior guard Ashley Hagans (Snellville) has been selected to the NAIA 2009 Division I Women's Basketball All American Team. Hagans is a transfer from Georgia Perimeter College, GA and was the leading scorer in Division I Women's Basketball for 2008-09, averaging 21.09 ppg.

Brenau, which is in the third year as a program had their best season with 17 wins and a fifth place finish in the Southern States Athletic Conference. Hagans was also named to the SSAC All Conference Team and was selected as Newcomer of the Year in the conference.
