Moon and Power Named as 2026 NAIA All-Americans
Kansas City, MO- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced its 2025-26 Softball All-Americans as two members of the Brenau softball team were recognized for their performances on the field.
Juniors Ava Moon and Dayton Power were both honored as All-Americans (Second Team) for their outstanding play this season for the Golden Tigers.
Moon, who was also an NAIA All-American (Third Team) last season, led the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) in both hitting and on-base percentage. The second baseman hit a blistering .493 at the plate, which ranked fourth in the NAIA, and posted an on-base percentage of .523.
Power, the 2026 AAC Player of the Year, led the conference in total hits (76), runs scored (67), and stolen bases (49).
