Golden Tiger of the Week is Anna Maness

Gainesville, Ga- Freshman pitcher Anna Maness has been selected as the Golden Tiger of the Week for the second straight week based on her performance last week. Defensively, she earned two more victories on the mound against Southern Wesleyan and currently leads the conference in wins with 13. She struck out a total of 8 batters and gave up only 2 runs in the sweep. Offensively, Anna had a great series at the plate. Her batting average for the week was .667, with a slugging percentage of 1.167, she had 5 RBI's, scored 3 runs and hit her 2nd homerun of the season.
