Dillon Signs with Competition Cheer for 2021-22

The Brenau University competition cheerleading team and head coach Krista Britt announce the signing of Kayla Dillon to the 2021-22 signing class.

Dillon, the daughter of Vivian Cook, is a transfer student-athlete from Talladega College in Talladega, Ala. While at Talladega, she was a member of the National Society of Leadership. Prior to Talladega, Dillson was a standout at Southwest Dekalb High School in Decatur, Ga.

When asked about her commitment to Brenau, Dillon said, "To quote Maya Angelou, 'My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style'".

Dillon is a biology major and is the fifth signee for the competitive cheerleading team for 2021-22.
