Quinn Hawk participated in her first career multiday tournament with a 35th place finish. The squad continues to improve and set another season low with a team score of 331 on the final day.
When asked about his players' performance after the tournament, head coach Mark Elam said, "Chickasaw Golf Club is a really challenging course and our ladies were up to the challenge this week. I cannot express how happy I am with the improvement from the beginning of the season up until this point. I think we are setting ourselves up for a really solid few days in Acworth in a couple of weeks."
The Golden Tigers will have a few weeks off and will next compete at the AAC Fall Conference Preview hosted by Reinhardt University in Acworth, GA., on October 20th-21st.
