Gainesville, GA- The Brenau University coaching staff has selected Senior Guard Vicky Wilson (Buford) as Golden Tiger of the Week for the week of Dec. 1-8 for her play in three games during the week.  Wilson accumulated 26 points, 19 rebounds and 10 assists in the three contests as the Tigers won two of the three games, with their only loss at #19 Southern Poly last Thursday. Wilson, who has been with the basketball program since it's inception in 2006, has been a four-year starter who has helped the Tigers to an overall 48-50 record in their three plus years of existence.  She has become known as a hard-nosed defender and solid all-around player who never takes a play off.  "Vicky always gives her very best effort and is as tough a competitor as I have ever coached," said Coach Gary Bays.  She will graduate in May with a degree in Elementary Education.
